Kristy began an insurance career in 2014 and is located at our Millinocket office inside of Katahdin Federal Credit Union.

Denyce began an insurance career in 2004 and is located in our East Millinocket office.

Kim F.

Kim began an insurance career in 1980 and became the Manager of Katahdin Gateway Insurance in 2001. She has since helped many customers and now focuses on writing all of our commercial policies. She is available by appointment in any of our locations!

Katie began an insurance career in 2020 and became the Assistant Manager in 2022. She is located in our Lincoln office to help with all your personal insurance needs!

Rachel has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years at the Lincoln location. Katahdin Gateway Insurance purchased the Lincoln location in 2012 and Rachel is still with us to help serve your needs!

What is a deductible?

A deductible is an amount that you're responsible for in the event of a loss. This is the amount you pay out-of-pocket, and insurance covers the remainder.

How can I make sure that I have coverage for my valuables?

When speaking with your agent to set up your policy, let us know of any valuables you are concerned about and one of our agents can review your policy and recommend changes to ensure your valuables have proper coverage.

How do I report a claim?

Any claims can reported directly to the company, this information can be found on the carrier and claims page. Please feel free to call our office at any time if you are having difficulty reporting or servicing your claim.
